My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln could have been better because staff extremely helpful now but originally was I was inappropriately sold a car with non-matching Keys and it took more than three weeks to sort it out and no explanation about where the other key came from and where the matching key from the original owner was located

I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln to anyone because the service I received was excellent.
I live in Bournemouth and purchased the ID3 on line. Dan, the member is staff who dealt with my initial enquiry, kept in contact by phone, sent me videos and detailed information about the vehicle, through to the vehicle delivery to my home. He has also followed this up to make sure I am happy with my purchase and given me information about the VW app which has been very helpful. This is my first electric car and I’m lovingdriving it.
